Job Summary
Spitzer Motor City CDJR of Cleveland is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers while growing their career at a top regional employer. As a Service Greeter you will be responsible for greeting customers when they arrive in the service lane / department and providing great customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly upbeat attitude answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment visually inspect each vehicle and take photos of existing damage to the vehicles using a tablet every time
- Tags and pods vehicles upon arrival
- Parks customer vehicles waiting to be serviced according to status and keep service lane clear
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area free of dirt water leaves snow etc.
- Assists customers who are picking up their vehicle by pulling vehicle around to front of the building
- Assists Service Advisors on tow-ins when time permits
- Calls in aftermarket warranty claims
- Supports the Service Advisor with writing up customers and during check out w
- Other related duties as assigned
