We are a dynamic and a sector leading not for profit organisation with a focus on the delivery of child youth and family services. Youll be able to put your skills to use with some of the sectors most dedicated and celebrated social care professionals those who do their job for a purpose that we all believe in. Not only that but youll be able to focus on developing relationships and provide HR and ER support to a specific region allowing you to get to know the staff and understand the specific culture and support needs.

Youll work closely with our team of HR BPs and be supported by General Managers with over 30 years of combined service with AV as well as a P&C Team specialising in everything from Talent Acquisition and Learning to OH&S and Wellbeing.

Make it work for you:

  • The total remuneration package of $138094 (123298.21 salary $14795.79 super). Hourly rate $62.40.
  • This is a full time permanent role offering but if you are after part time just let us know when you apply.

There will be a 2 step interview process the 1st interview is with our General Managers HR Business Partnering 29th or 30th December and a more informal discussion with the Divisional Director with whom you would work.
