The Opportunity:
The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is to support the HUB Pacific Region Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life TAC will be responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting teamas well as building relationships with candidates and hiring position is instrumental in effectively driving recruitment processes providing a seamlesscandidateand hiring team experience and adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination and administrative tasks: scheduling interviewssharingassessment resultsfollowing up with hiring managers and candidates reporting/tracking and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Manage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom)includingcreating requisitionsmonitoringcandidate applications data entry reporting offer letters and onboarding
Manageadditionalrecruiting platforms as needed(Indeed LinkedIn Handshake etc.)
Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain weekly reporting of recruiting activity and performance for the Super Region
Assistwith tracking recruitment efforts requisitions andadditionalreporting in Excelas needed
Collaborate with therecruitingteamandinteract with candidatesand hiring managersto providewhite-glove service
Work in partnership with TA Operationsto ensure processescomply withcompany policies regulatory requirements andestablishedobjectivesmaintainingconsistency and adherence to best practices across all recruitment activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferred
Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented collaborative and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing organization
Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skills communication andfollow-upskills strong attention to detail
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting.
Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook
LinkedIn Workday Indeed Resume and Handshake experience area plusbut notrequired
Ability to travel occasionally as needed fortraining team meetings etc. (less than 10%)

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
This position primarily involves remaining in a stationary position for the majority of the workday.
The person in this position frequently communicates with colleagues and clients both in person and on the telephone; Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery etc.

The expected salary range for this position is $30-32/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
