Start 2026 strong! The Penrose Team is hiring licensed real estate agents who want more leads more support and more closings. We are a listing-focused team (70% of our business is listings) and were opening limited onboarding spots before January 1.

What Youll Do
- Work warm buyer & seller leads
- Conduct consultations & showings
- Write & negotiate contracts
- Make daily cold calls to generate new business & listings
- Follow team systems & attend trainings
Compensation
- $110000 at plan commission (Commission-based)
Who Were Looking For
- Licensed AZ real estate agents
- Coachable driven positive mindset
- Comfortable with daily cold calling
- New or experienced agents wanting to scale in a listing-heavy environment
