Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Setup Staff to join our dynamic team in creating unforgettable experiences. As an integral part of our event management team you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of various events including corporate gatherings weddings and community events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to client specifications.
- Transport furniture equipment and decorations to and from event locations.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are accounted for before and after events.
- Work closely with event coordinators and other staff to ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment before during and after events.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during setups.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in event setup hospitality or related fields preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently as needed.
