We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Invoicing / e-Invoicing processes to work across multiple business domains supporting process improvement initiatives and system implementations within a structured and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and meetings to gather and validate detailed business requirements

Analyze current invoicing workflows and business processes to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities

Develop clear and structured documentation including business requirements process maps user stories and functional specifications

Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design test and deploy solutions aligned with business needs

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment

Monitor project progress manage change requests and track deliverables

Ensure solutions comply with internal policies regulatory standards tax requirements and data governance principles

Maintain strong and transparent stakeholder relationships fostering trust and collaboration

Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory)

13 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Fluent English (minimum B2) Portuguese is a plus

Experience working with business process analysis and requirements gathering

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to document business requirements processes and functional specifications clearly

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both written and verbal

Invoicing / e-Invoicing Knowledge

Candidates should demonstrate a basic understanding of invoicing and e-invoicing processes including:

Invoicing flows and lifecycle

Legal tax and compliance requirements

Secure invoice issuance transmission and archiving

Integration with ERP systems and procurement platforms

Experience or exposure to e-Invoicing platforms such as SAP Ariba Coupa Basware Tradeshift or Comarch e-Invoicing is highly valued.
