Job Summary
- Assist in coordinating a wide range of recreational activities such as sports games fitness programs and special events.
- Engage with guests to daily and special activities.
- Ensure the safe and efficient use of recreational equipment and facilities.
- Provide outstanding customer service addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a fun and energetic environment.
- Monitor the safety of guests during activities and enforce health and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in recreation sports or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with people and a positive energetic attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is advantageous
