Job Title: Locum Nurse Practitioner - Oncology
Summary: Join a dedicated oncology team in Williston North Dakota where you will have the opportunity to work at a well-respected cancer center. This outpatient medical oncology practice is committed to providing high-quality care to patients offering services that range from chemotherapy to immunotherapy treatments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive staging workups for oncology patients.
- Formulate and initiate chemotherapy or immunotherapy treatments in collaboration with the on-site Radiation Oncology team.
- Provide oversight and management of the clinical aspects of treatment delivery and infusions.
- Coordinate patient care across regional health systems as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with NPs or PAs along with excellent support staff including clinic RNs and infusion RNs.
- Document patient care in Mosaiq/Meditech EMR systems.
- Handle a typical patient load of 8-10 patients per clinic day.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- North Dakota License or IMLC Highly preferred; open to non-licensed candidates willing to obtain ND license.
- BLS Certification Required.
- DEA Registration Required.
- Clean malpractice record Highly preferred.
- Availability at time of name clearance Required.
License and Certification Requirements:
- North Dakota state license or IMLC.
- DEA certification.
- BLS certification.
