What is it like being an AE at OVRSEA
You will be joining a dynamic sales team a team that is the engine of our growth and where there is a strong emphasis on pedagogy and teamwork. As an Account Executive you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio from closing a prospect to nurturing a long-lasting relationship. You will be highly autonomous and will contribute to changing the way goods are transported around the world while always putting your customer first.

- Acquiring mid-cap & key account clients and new verticals.
Your missions:
- Develop a portfolio of SME and mid-cap customers with recurring international flows.
- Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients pain points and needs and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams especially with our operational teams to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.
- Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our companys growth.
- Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customers business to become their trusted advisor.

Are you The One
- You have 2 years of experience in B2B sales & are comfortable managing a full sales cycle
- You have already experienced & enjoy working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment
- Proven demonstration of excellent communication skills drive & customer-centric mindset
- You have great interpersonal skills and excel at active listening
- You are curious and excited to learn everything about the world of transportation
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English
