We are looking for an IT System Engineer who will focus on the IT support of our staff as well as the management of our internal IT infrastructure endpoint reliability cloud-based systems like Google Workspace.
This role supports hybrid work with at least 2 days working onsite from our HQ office in Vienna.
Job Description

- Overseeing the maintenance configuration and reliable operation of user endpoint devices including laptops desktops and mobile devices
- Providing high quality 1st and 2nd level support to our global workforce via dedicated ITSM tooling
- Managing and further enhancing ecosios Google Workspace environment ensuring it is securely configured and integrated with other tools and services
- Managing on-boarding and off-boarding processes as well as logistics with an emphasis on remote working
- Ensuring smooth operations of all the IT and network equipment (firewalls switches APs) within our Vienna HQ office
- Supporting compliance with various frameworks (such as ISO27001 ISO 22301 etc) in close collaboration with IT Security team
- Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between local-IT infrastructure and cloud environments optimizing performance and ensuring security
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have
- Tech background software engineer or similar
- 3 years of experience in IT support roles within international environments
- Experience with Google Workspace administration Slack Jamf MDM systems ITSM tooling and processes Microsoft (365 Intune Azure)
- Expertise trouble-shooting hardware (laptops mobile phones) with all 4 major operating system (Windows Android Mac OS iOS)
- Strong hands-on technical experience with managing IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of SaaS platform and user management
- Fluency in English required proficiency in German is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is gross 45.000 per year according to IT Collective Bargaining Agreement. Of course we are happy to offer higher compensation based on qualifications and experience!
