Could you be the full-time VIE Supplier Quality Engineer in Austria were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals who are committed to excellence.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers components and processes directly contributing to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. Day-to-day youll work closely with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing engineering and supply chain to manage non-conformities implement containment actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll specifically take care of non-conformity management and supplier quality improvement initiatives but also support inspections and oversee top issues dashboards.
Well look to you for:
- Managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) ensuring prompt communication with suppliers and implementing securitization measures
- Setting up and driving action plans to achieve NCR targets
- Invoicing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers
- Handling supplier waiver requests and ensuring effective containment actions
- Organizing retrofits and quality wall processes when necessary
- Collaborating with suppliers to enforce corrective and preventive action plans
- Conducting supplier visits monitoring improvement roadmaps and ensuring control plan sustainability
- Overseeing inspections for low-critical parts and contributing to Return of Experience (REX) analysis
- Preparing and monitoring supplier quality reviews to address top issues

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field
- Knowledge in electrical mechanical or metal fields is appreciated
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative persuasive and resilient mindset
- Background in quality management is a plus
