Position Summary
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha NE is actively recruiting a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join a division of seven providers. This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-motivated physician to join a well-respected and successful academic practice with an enthusiastic approach to providing a high level of quality care in womens this faculty role you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide diagnostic consultative and continuing care to high-risk obstetrics patients in the Olson Center for Womens Health. The Olson Center provides multidisciplinary care to pregnant patients to include ultrasound genetics and medical management in pregnancy. The practice has collaborative care with specialists in Cardiology Endocrinology and Pulmonary medicine. This is an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population and deliver focused care in order to help patients achieve their goals. Opportunity highlights: Join a group of twenty five obstetrician-gynecologists including Urogynecology MFM Gynecologic Oncology and general OB-Gyn State of the art ultrasound equipment Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students Abundant clinical research and basic science collaborations (if desired) Omaha is a vibrant attractive city with more than 925000 people living within the metropolitan area. All the amenities of a much larger metropolitan area are found in Omaha along with a blend of Midwestern hospitality. Yet the cost of living is 19 percent less than the national average. Required Qualifications
MD or equivalent Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Board certified or board-eligible in GYN Oncology.
