As a Manufacturing Excellence Leader at NTS Group you will drive the development and execution of the manufacturing-excellence strategy across our high-tech operations. You will lead initiatives that improve efficiency quality process stability and safety while strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You act as a change agent and support site teams in building process discipline structured ways of working and sustainable performance improvement.
Define and implement the manufacturing-excellence strategy including improvement roadmaps KPIs and performance targets.
Lead and coordinate continuous-improvement projects focused on waste reduction productivity improvement cost efficiency and cycle-time reduction.
Introduce standardize and maintain Lean Six Sigma Kaizen TPM or other improvement methodologies across production and supporting functions.
Collaborate closely with Operations Quality Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure process stability and alignment with customer and business requirements.
Build and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement through coaching mentoring workshops and structured training.
Support structured problem-solving processes and ensure decision-making is data-driven.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to management.
Contribute to digital-transformation initiatives including process automation and data-driven manufacturing.
Bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
10 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in high-tech precision engineering mechatronics or similar environments.
Proven experience in leading improvement programs or operational-excellence projects.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Kaizen TPM or similar continuous-improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with structured data-driven problem solving.
Ability to lead influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proactive mindset resilience to change and the ability to thrive in a dynamic high-tech environment.
