Procurement Excellence Manager

As a Procurement Excellence Manager you play a pivotal role in continuously improving and professionalizing our procurement function. You define implement and embed best-in-class procurement processes tools and governance to enhance performance transparency and value creation across the organization.

You work closely with Procurement Supply Chain Finance Operations and key stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are effectively executed and aligned with overall business this role you focus on driving continuous improvement enabling digitalization and supporting category teams with the right methodologies and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement procurement excellence frameworks standards and best practices

• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing contracting and supplier management

• Develop and optimize procurement processes policies and governance models

• Lead digitalization initiatives and tool implementations (e.g. e-sourcing spend analytics contract management)

• Define and monitor procurement KPIs and performance dashboards

• Support category teams with analytics methodology and change management

• Foster a culture of performance compliance and continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization risk mitigation and sustainability

• Act as a key change agent within the procurement organization

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field

• 510 years of experience in procurement supply chain or procurement excellence

• Experience in the food FMCG or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing procurement processes and supplier management

• Proven experience in process improvement project management and transformation initiatives

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with procurement tools and data

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
