The Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program The Netherlands
Program Start Date: 1 September 2026

Duration: 12-month program
Contract: Permanent contract from the beginning of the Trainee Program
Business Function: Manufacturing Production Logistics Supply Chain

Important to note: Valid permanent working rights in The Netherlands is required. Orientation year visa and/or Sponsorship visa are not sufficient to progress. The Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Traineeship Program:
This Program is a functional program at our factories for graduates seeking an exciting leadership career in the manufacturing environment. We are looking for high-performing ambitious and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through factory rotations collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands and learn how to build their own legacy.
Whats on the Menu
Your journey will start with a functional global onboarding in September 2026 giving you a hands-on induction into each of our different functions from our The Netherlands offices in Amsterdam. From October 2026 you will be placed in our Elst or Utrecht Factory in The Netherlands for a local factory onboarding.
Our Global Manufacturing Trainee Program includes
Intensive hands-on onboarding focused on our Operations and Supply Chain functions
Training in the Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program and a range of other foundational business training - i.e. Lean Six Sigma
You will spend your first rotation completing a factory-based efficiency/productivity improvement business project where you will apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to obtain your Yellow Belt Certification
The second rotation will consist of taking on a factory Team Leader a Continuous Improvement Lead or a Process Owner assignment where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes whilst also strengthening your leadership skills
Throughout the program Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our Global leaders; receive mentorship from previous trainees; collaborate with trainees around the world; and enroll in learning experiences to help you grow as leaders.

Valid permanent working rights in the Netherlands is required Mobility Preferences candidates will be based in the location they apply to for first year.
