General Manager Dublin Nissan / Infiniti

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Dublin Nissan / Infiniti store into its next phase of growth.
General Manager Position Overview
Pay Scale: $180000 to $300000 annually
As the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Dublin Nissan / Infiniti dealership. You will provide strategic leadership build strong teams and drive operational excellence across all departments Sales Service Finance Parts and Administration. You will ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Provide executive leadership to department managers and staff.
- Cultivate a strong performance culture driven by accountability coaching and professional development.
- Ensure team alignment with company goals and values.
Operational Performance
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership and ensure efficient workflow and processes.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including sales gross profit expenses CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CSI scores.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
Sales & Profitability
- Drive retail sales performance across new and used vehicles.
- Optimize F&I penetration and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive showroom traffic and service business.
Customer Experience
- Champion a customer-first environment.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and strategic problemsolving.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage dealership budgets.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to make datadriven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within an automotive dealership (Nissan/Infiniti experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of P&L management and dealership operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and mentor teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems.
