Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual and/or automated test cases to validate software functionality
Identify log and track bugs using tools such as Jira Bugzilla or Trello
Perform functional regression integration usability and performance testing
Collaborate with developers product owners and UI/UX teams to understand requirements
Re-test and validate resolved defects
Prepare and maintain testing documentation test reports and test cases
Ensure consistent quality across different devices browsers and platforms
Contribute to improving QA processes and workflow efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Basic understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
Experience with test case creation and execution
Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail Zephyr etc.)
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work onsite at the Islamabad office and follow the 2 PM 11 PM schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of API testing (Postman Swagger)
Understanding of SQL for backend data validation
Exposure to automation tools (Selenium Cypress Playwright)
ISTQB or similar certification
