Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst:
360training is seeking aJr. Quality Assurance Analystto join our growing Jr. Quality Assurance Analystis responsible for testing online training courses to ensure minimum functionality and end-user experience standards are met. Testing would include verification of content audio images course layout and course configuration functionality. The QA Analyst position requires documentation of all errors and regression testing to ensure errors are fixed/ addressed appropriately.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute functional tests verification/regression and mobile tests according to QA Testing Plan
  • Use course outlines course manuscripts audio scripts and activity/animation scripts to verify content within the online course preview.
  • Document test findings and suggest revisions in accordance with QA best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates with O/A Level education or abachelors degreewith English as a major subject will be preferred. Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can also be considered.
  • Minimum experience of at least 1 year or an internship in content writing and data analysis position will be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of web-based training
  • A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preferably US)
  • Basic knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail oriented highly organized and motivated to succeed.
  • Able to solve problems independently or with a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
Key Skills:
  • Functional Testing: Ability to execute detailed functional regression and mobile testing based on QA plans.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when verifying content audio images and course layout.
  • Documentation: Skilled in recording content errors/bug reports and recommendations clearly and concisely in accordance with QA best practices.
  • Content Verification: Ability to cross-check course content against scripts outlines and design documents.
  • Bug Tracking: Familiarity with tracking and reporting defects or inconsistencies in a structured format.
  • Basic Technical Proficiency: Understanding of e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Regression Testing: Capable of performing follow-up tests to ensure previously identified issues are resolved.
Qualities:
  • Detail-Oriented: Diligent in identifying errors inconsistencies or quality gaps in content.
  • Organized: Manages multiple QA tasks while maintaining thorough documentation practices.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with instructional designers developers and QA team members.
  • Clear Communicator: Communicates test findings and suggestions effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Learners Mindset: Open to new tools techniques and feedback to grow QA knowledge.
Experience:
  • Experience in Content QA Testing: Hands-on experience testing digital or eLearning content ensuring consistency across text visuals audio and navigation.
  • Testing of Online Learning Materials: Familiarity with reviewing course content against provided scripts outlines and instructional materials.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Jira is considered a plus.
