Job Summary
Delaware Valley Paving is seeking a skilled and reliable Diesel Technician to join our growing fleet maintenance team. This role is essential in keeping our trucks heavy equipment and machinery running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes brakes hydraulics electrical systems and engine work
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards
- Support emergency or after-hours repairs as needed (overtime available)
Qualifications
- Experience as a diesel technician or heavy equipment mechanic preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hydraulic electrical and engine systems.
