Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Winchester NH 03470
Pay Rate:$50-53/hourly on w2
Shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM
Week 1 Sat 3a-3:30p Sun 7a-3:30p Tues 3a-3:30p
Week 2 Thurs 7a-3:30p Tues and Weds 3a-3:30p
Week 3 Sat 3a-3:30p Sun 7a-3:30p Mon 3a-3:30p
Week 4 Thurs 7a-3:30p Tues and Wed 3a-3:30p
this is a mix of 3a-3:30p and 7a-3:30p 32 hours a week Nurse must take a 30 min break
Duration: 9 weeks (Possibility of Extension)
Responsibilities
-
Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs physical examinations and medical history documentation.

Administer medications injections IV infusions and perform venipuncture with precision and aseptic technique.

Manage airway care ventilator support tube feeding ostomy care and wound suturing as needed.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10 CPT).

Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection/processing and medical imaging procedures like sonography or mammography.

Provide specialized care including dialysis management cardiac catheterization assistance trauma medicine (Level I & II trauma centers) ICU/CCU/PICU care hospice & palliative medicine and infectious disease management.

Coordinate discharge planning and case management for post-acute or chronic care patients.

Educate patients and families on health coaching medication administration nutrition pain management and disease prevention strategies.

Ensure compliance with infection control standards and sterile processing protocols.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings such as assisted living facilities nursing homes outpatient clinics or hospital environments including emergency rooms and surgical centers.

Maintain patient safety through proper airway management techniques and emergency response procedures such as Basic Life Support (BLS).
