EDGE Tutor: The Human Edge in Digital Learning
Responsibilities:
- Teacher Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of monthly teacher orders across all assigned accounts.
- Recruitment of Existing Tutors: Evaluate the expertise and availability of active tutors and strategically assign them to different client accounts to optimize teaching utilization and support recruitment goals.
- Timely Submission of Teacher Requirements: Coordinate and ensure the timely preparation quality review and submission of teacher CVs edited intro videos and lesson demonstration videos based on client specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from trainers teachers and account managers to identify gaps and continuously improve training processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters account managers curriculum teams instructional designers and education technology specialists to streamline training and onboarding processes.
- Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics including training output teacher pass rates and speed to endorsement. Present findings with clear recommendations to leadership.
- Assist the Teacher Order Manager in the following as needed:
- Client Alignment: Partner with Account Managers to clarify client requirements and ensure recruiter and trainer preparation and outputs are fully aligned with client standards.
- Trainer Oversight: Manage trainer workloads facilitate efficient scheduling and oversee demo preparation lesson walkthroughs and onboarding of new teachers.
- Training Quality Review: Evaluate teaching demonstrations lesson materials intro videos/photos and assessments for clarity quality and alignment with client rubrics.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations recruitment coordination or education-related project management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end processes and working with cross-functional teams
- Background in teacher operations education management or training coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and LMS platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track interpret and report on performance data
- Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and drive process improvement
Work Set-up and Requirements
- Schedule: Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
- Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
- Location: Fully remote
- Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) 8GB RAM or higher
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
- Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
