Were looking for a dynamic results-driven Field Sales Agent to grow adoption of our Retail & SME platform - a powerful solution that helps retailers connect with customers in smarter more rewarding ways.
In this role youll own new merchant acquisition and partner expansion across an assigned territory. From prospecting and in-person sales to onboarding and long-term relationship management this is a hands-on high-impact role with real ownership and autonomy.
What Youll Own
New Business Growth
Identify engage and acquire new SME and retail partners within your territory
Prospect through in-person visits calls and targeted outreach
Work alongside integrated channel partners to drive growth
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
Present and demo Yoyos loyalty solution to merchants
Negotiate agreements and close deals
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners
Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with merchants
Support partner success activation and retention
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Product Marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
Align go-to-market messaging and feedback from the field
CRM Pipeline & Performance Management (HubSpot)
Use HubSpot CRM as your primary tool to manage leads opportunities and accounts
Maintain accurate up-to-date records of all prospecting meetings and deal stages
Actively manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through to close and activation
Track and report on key performance metrics including conversion rates deal velocity activation and growth
Use CRM data and insights to prioritise activities forecast performance and continuously improve results
Performance & Territory Management
Own and manage your sales pipeline and territory performance
Track and report on KPIs including leads conversion activation and growth
Qualifications :
23 years experience in field sales retail sales fintech/payments loyalty & rewards or SME-focused solution

Ideal Candidates are:
Proven track record of selling to retailers or merchants in a face-to-face territory-based role

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while managing your own schedule and territory
Willing and able to travel regularly within assigned areas
Data- and results-driven with experience managing pipelines and sales KPIs
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building relationships from the ground up
Collaborative team player who contributes to long-term partner and company success
