Google/Bing Ads Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time U.S EST work hours
About the Role
Were looking for a seasoned Paid Search & YouTube Ads Specialist to manage and scale Google and Bing Ads across Search Shopping Performance Max and YouTube/Demand Gen. You will work across multiple DTC client accounts with media budgets ranging from $50k to $1M per month.
Youll own performance management and creative testing collaborating closely with the Founder CRO and creative teams to hit CAC and ROAS goals.
What Youll Do
Build manage and scale campaigns across Search Shopping Performance Max YouTube and Demand Gen
Optimize toward CPA CAC ROAS MER and LTV based on client KPIs
Analyze performance and produce clear actionable recommendations
Collaborate with the Founder on strategy testing roadmaps and scaling initiatives
Partner with creative and CRO teams to guide ad iteration and experiment design
Prepare clear weekly or bi-weekly performance briefs and written insights for client updates
Participate in strategy syncs and work directly with Google reps on recommendations betas and troubleshooting
What Were Looking For
3 years managing scaled DTC Google/Bing Ads accounts
Proven track record of hitting CAC targets and scaling spend
Experience managing product feeds and optimizing PMax/Shopping campaigns
Strong understanding of attribution models (MTA MMM Lift Studies etc.)
Deep familiarity with DTC and subscription brand dynamics
Self-motivated data-driven eager to learn and able to manage multiple accounts independently
Nice to Have
YouTube Ads and Demand Gen experience at scale
Experience with affiliate or publisher traffic sources
Background in health/wellness or regulated categories
Familiarity with tools such as Northbeam Triple Whale Rockerbox
CRO or direct response copywriting experience
