Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and solutions. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Knowledge of water and waste management industry is a plus. Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Occasional overtime may be required.
