About the Role: The Sales Professional will manage inbound sales calls provide a consultative buying experience and guide customers through product selection and installation considerations. Success in this role requires patience strong product learning capability and the ability to build rapport with customers who often prefer detailed explanations before making a purchase.
Core Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Management: Handle inbound calls and guide customers through a consultative sales process.
- Product Expertise: Learn and master the full product catalog.
- Customer Education: Explain differences between models wellness benefits installation needs and long term value.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers especially older buyers who may require more time.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline.
- Closing: Convert high value leads into completed purchases through trust based selling.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Communication: Excellent English with minimal accent.
- Sales Background: Experience in high ticket or consultative sales environments.
- Learning Ability: Strong ability to absorb product knowledge quickly.
- Customer Style: Friendly patient confident and informative.
- Motivation: Goal driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred (Bonus Points):
- Experience selling wellness home improvement or ecommerce products.
- Experience working with US customers.
Success Metrics:
- Sales Conversion Rate from inbound calls
- Average Order Value and total revenue closed
- Pipeline Health and follow up consistency
