Our client is a mid-sized R&D lab that combines AI and IoT solutions to create new equipment applications for the testing & certification industry.
They are seeking an energetic and dutiful HR Specialist with at least a few years of experience focused specifically on recruitment and employee this role you will work closely with internal teams to support hiring needs manage employee issues and ensure smooth HR operations across their Vietnamese subsidiary and facilities.
HSK Level 4 or greater proficiency in Mandarin is REQUIRED. Certificates should be furnished upon request.
Professional working fluency in English is also strongly preferred.
This role is open to candidates that are either willing to RELOCATE or COMMUTE daily to Bac Ninh. Transportation and/or dorm may be arranged.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles across the organization.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns documenting issues and supporting conflict resolution.
- Assist with HR policies procedures and internal communications.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support performance review cycles and assist with disciplinary processes when required
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including contract preparation probation evaluations and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking staff and local teams to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience - preferably with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices Vietnamese labor regulations and employee management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
- HSK Level 4 or greater proficiency in Mandarin is REQUIRED.
- Professional working fluency in English is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
