Location: Nana Chiloda Ahmedabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Budget: 50000 – 80000 (Max)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in International IT Services Sales Custom Development and Staff Augmentation (C2C & Contract Staffing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the complete business development cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure—while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify new business opportunities for International IT Staff Augmentation (C2C) Contract Staffing and Resource Deployment.
Promote a wide range of IT services such as Web & Mobile App Development SaaS Solutions ERP/CRM Systems Cloud Engineering Automation and AI-led Solutions.
Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting qualification pitching proposal drafting negotiation and closure.
Work closely with internal teams including Technical Recruitment Pre-Sales and Delivery to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and nurture strong client relationships across US UK Europe and Middle East markets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools update pipelines and prepare regular sales reports.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of international business development experience in IT Services or Staff Augmentation.
Strong track record in C2C staffing contractor placement bench sales and resource allocation.
Proven ability to close deals across global markets.
Excellent communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Strong understanding of modern digital technologies: Web/Mobile development SaaS ERP/CRM Cloud Automation AI etc.
Ability to meet revenue targets KPI metrics and deliver consistent performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business IT Computer Science or related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Zoho HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Apollo Instantly Lemlist LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Awareness of global IT market trends outsourcing models and international staffing standards.
