About the Role:
As the Aboriginal Workforce Engagement and Retention Consultant you will provide expert project policy and planning advice to support the goals of the Aboriginal Health Directorate. Your role will focus on enhancing recruitment pathways for Aboriginal people and driving continuous improvement in strategies that promote staff retention wellbeing and workforce development.
You will undertake key regional administrative responsibilities including data collection and analysis survey coordination workforce administration procurement financial tasks and reporting. You will also lead or contribute to discrete complex projects and programs that strengthen workforce outcomes.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with RMCLHN teams the Aboriginal Health Unit Aboriginal organisations and site-based staff to co-design solutions to identified gaps or barriers improve systems and processes and develop culturally informed strategies that support positive workforce experiences.
Your strong analytical research and communication skills will support the development of actionable insights that inform strategic decisions strengthen workforce capability and improve organisational culture.
