About the role
selectability is currently seeking a proactive administration officer to join our corporate training this role your exceptional organisational skills and passion for training and development will be vital to ensuring the seamless operation of our training programs. This position not only offers you the opportunity to support the effective delivery of training across the organisation but also allows you to engage in continuous professional development enhancing your skills within the training space.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- assisting the corporate training department in managing various administrative functions to ensure efficient operations
- scheduling and maintaining a continuous training calendar coordinating employees to attend training sessions seamlessly
- distributing essential training materials to participants ensuring they have the resources they need for successful learning
- generating reports on mandatory employee training completions and liaise with line managers to ensure compliance
- maintaining the PageUp learning management system identifying continuous improvements to enhance user experience
- monitoring and responding to emails related to training providing timely and accurate information
- uploading employee training completions into the learning management system keeping records up-to-date
- booking travel arrangements for trainers ensuring their smooth travel and accommodation logistics
- providing general administrative support to the people & culture team contributing to the overall success of the department
About you
To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:
- proficient in Microsoft office and the use databases
- highly developed person-centred communication skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written including presentation skills
- highly developed analytical problem solving and numerical skills including the ability to compile analyse data and prepare reports
- a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach
- a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required
- high level organisational administrative and project management skills
Role requirements
- previous experience in an administrative role (highly desirable)
- previous experience working with learning management systems (desirable)
- a Child Safety & Personal History Screening check
- a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
- a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety & You completion certificate (or the ability to obtain)

The administration officer - corporate training is a full-timeposition based in Townsville.
