Salary: 12.2114.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 08:30-15:30

A fantastic school in Hexham is looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real impact and the school is highly supportive and welcoming.

About the Role:

• 1:1 support for a pupil with behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SEN team
• Helping to create a safe structured and nurturing learning environment
• Opportunity for long-term rewarding work

Hours & Flexibility:
The school is happy to offer flexible working for the right candidate including:

• Full-time (MondayFriday)
• Part-time (34 days per week)
• Shorter hours across 5 days

The Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
• Resilient patient and able to build strong relationships
• Committed to promoting positive outcomes for the child
