We are seeking acommitted individual to join us as a Deputy Manager in the CLS Team 3.

This role is anexciting opportunity to help support and deputise for the Team Manager and contribute tothe Community Led Support (CLS) Team 3 within the Adults and Health Directorate of the Council. You will be required to provide support for adultsand a multi-disciplinary team of Care and Health Professionals.

Job Purpose

• To safeguard vulnerable adults.
• To provide high quality research-based casework service to all Adult Social Care service users and hold cases that consist mainly of the most complex situations.
• To offer consultation support specialist advice and joint working to colleagues within Adult Social Care.
• To promote independent living where safe to do so.
• To comply with and promote legislation statutory guidance and local policies and procedures.

Essential qualifications:Must hold a relevant Social Work Qualification be Registered with Social Work England (SWE) and have at least 2 years post-qualifying experience.

DBS Check:Enhanced Level with Adults Barred List is required for this post.
