This role requires a community-first go-getter mentality where building genuine relationships is key. Whether working on-site at our headquarters in Laceys Spring or traveling to regional markets the primary mission is to identify new opportunities close warm leads and create long term relationships. The ideal candidate is a driven energetic and reliable self-starter who thrives in a team environment and possesses an appetite for growth. They must be capable of managing their own success with accountability grace strong time-management skills and a passion for exceptional customer service. Note: This is a competitive position. Essential Functions
Sales Performance & Growth
Consistently generate a minimum of $3500 in sales per week.
Identify create and connect with new leads markets and clients on a daily basis.
Energetically contact pursue and close leads.
Track and report sales accurately for payroll purposes bi-weekly.
Relationship Management & Outreach
Contact assigned current Piper Partners on a consistent and regular schedule (minimum one time per month) to maintain relationships and identify opportunities and provide education.
Respond to emails texts and calls in a safe timely and professional fashion.
Resolve any customer complaints professionally and patiently.
Handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
Travel & Trade Shows
Plan efficient multi-day regional sales trips which requires researching connecting and coordinating leads and customers into productive routes.
Actively participate in seasonal trade shows. Duties include setting up/taking down booths preparing/serving samples talking with future and existing partners and recording their information for further follow-up.
Must be able to Travel.
Professional Development & Teamwork
Continuously grow product and industry knowledge.
Provide ongoing updates to the Wholesale Manager and update the CRM daily.
Attend weekly department huddles and scheduled performance reviews.
Establish and maintain good communication and a positive working relationship with the wholesale team.

Lifting/transporting hot items interacting with heated equipment steam hot wash water loud noise chemicals and other at risk conditions.
Working with and around various herbs and fruits.
