Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Branch Manager to oversee daily bank branch operations lead staff manage customer relationships and ensure full compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong leadership banking operations knowledge and BSA/AML experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise train and evaluate branch employees
- Ensure compliance with bank policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cash management transaction accuracy and branch reporting
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Lead local business development and grow deposit/loan portfolios
- Perform branch security officer duties
- Manage BSA/AML responsibilities including CTR/OFAC reviews EDD KYC/CIP and SAR escalation

- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 7 years banking experience including 2 years in a supervisor/manager role
- Strong understanding of banking operations and BSA/AML compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual Korean/English required
