Position: Media Buying Virtual Assistant
Work Hours: Mondays-Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Overview:
The client is looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant who will help manage and execute their digital advertising campaigns. You can set up ads monitor budgets and report results on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Quality Control: Rigorous setup of campaigns ensuring zero errors in targeting bidding and creative placement.
- Safeguard Budget Efficiency: Monitor daily ad spend with precision to ensure strict compliance with budget caps preventing overspend while maximizing resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze daily performance to cut bleeders (low ROAS) and scale winners based on strict KPI thresholds.
- Drive Data Visibility: Maintain and update comprehensive tracking logs (Google Sheets/Excel) to track critical KPIs including Spend CPC CPM CTR and ROAS.
- Creative Intelligence: Go beyond the clickanalyze why certain ads convert. Provide feedback to our creative team on hooks angles and visual formats that are driving revenue.
- Testing & Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B tests on audiences and creatives ensuring statistical significance before calling a winner.
- Technical Health: Monitor pixel events catalog syncs and attribution flows to ensure our data is always accurate.
Qualifications
- Experience: You have proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. (at least 2 years of experience)
- Proven Scale: You have personally managed ad spend of at least $10k/month (experience with higher budgets is a massive plus).
- DTC Native: You have experience specifically in Direct-to-Consumer E-commerce. You understand the nuances of selling physical products online.
- Language: You possess strong written and spoken English skills allowing for clear reporting and seamless collaboration with the broader team.
- Technical: You have a reliable high-speed internet connection a functional workstation and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas pivot tables data organization).
- Attention to Detail: You must be very careful with budgets and settings to avoid errors. You take pride in accuracy. You understand that a decimal point matters and you are vigilant about budget settings and configurations.
- Reliability: You are comfortable working remotely and independently managing your time effectively to meet daily deadlines without micromanagement.
- Problem Solver: If a pixel breaks or an ad account gets flagged you dont panicyou troubleshoot and fix it.
