Our client a distinguished regional law firm is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their Chelmsford office. Youll advise on high-value complex transactions and play a pivotal role in shaping client strategy and team success.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions disposals leases and developments
Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base
Provide strategic advice to clients across sectors such as retail hospitality real estate development and corporate
Draft and negotiate legal documentation: contracts leases development agreements
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through commercial solution-driven legal advice
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department
What Were Looking For
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7 years PQE in commercial property law
Proven ability to independently manage complex high-value transactions within a UK law firm
Expertise in drafting negotiation and client strategy
Strong commercial acumen and a solution-focused approach
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
