Creative Leadership
- Lead concept and schematic design across a range of building typologies setting clear design direction.
- Develop compelling design narratives place-making strategies and architectural identities.
- Lead design workshops internal critiques and client presentations.
- Contribute to competitions and bids shaping design strategies and visual language.
Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring consistency of design intent across teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery leads to manage risk and protect design outcomes.
- Guide consultant coordination to ensure integrated high-quality design solutions.
- Support client relationships and act as a trusted design advisor.
Team Mentorship
- Mentor project leaders architects and designers supporting professional development.
- Foster a design-led culture through critique guidance and clear expectations.
- Assist in resource planning and team structuring alongside studio leadership.
Quality & Delivery
- Champion design quality through all project stages including fast-track Middle East delivery models.
- Review key deliverables to ensure design excellence and technical coordination.
- Balance creative ambition with programme budget and procurement realities.
Qualifications :
Essential experience
- Proven experience as an Associate Design Director or senior design lead.
- Extensive Middle East experience essential.
- UK/London experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple building types (minimum three sectors).
- Strong client-facing skills and international consultancy experience.
