Job Summary
A growing fast-paced organization is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to support its M&A pipeline from sourcing through close. This role is ideal for someone highly organized analytical and persistentsomeone who ensures deals move forward smoothly without missing a detail.
Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing and identifying potential acquisition opportunities.
Underwriting deals and analyzing financials to assess viability.
Managing negotiations with sellers brokers and partners.
Driving each deal from initial conversation through due diligence and closing.
Maintaining structure momentum and follow-through across all active deals.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in acquisitions real estate finance or related fields.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with excellent follow-up.
Results-driven and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
