Summary/Objective
Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement Risk Adjustment and Member Management programs. With one transformative solution the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment provider outreach and data retrieval coding abstraction reporting and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology robust data sets and subject matter expertise Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk quality and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.
General Summary
The Director of Engineering India will lead and mature our India-based engineering organization set the standard for engineering excellence and serve as a key partner to US engineering and product leadership. This role requires a leader who is strong with people strong with technology and strong with delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep engineering judgment a collaborative leadership style and the ability to diagnose and solve both technical and organizational problems.
You will be accountable for building high-performing teams establishing healthy engineering practices driving product delivery and ensuring India Engineering is tightly aligned with Reveleers global priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead the Engineering Organization
- Develop engineering talent; establish clear expectations coaching and career paths.
- Build a culture grounded in ownership collaboration strong engineering fundamentals and continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and strengthen the overall management bench in India.
Drive Engineering Excellence
- Ensure teams deliver high-quality well-tested operationally ready software with predictable outcomes.
- Strengthen engineering fundamentals including design practices code quality testing observability and reliability.
- Improve team execution using metrics transparency and simple repeatable processes.
Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on technical guidance when needed; help teams navigate tradeoffs architecture decisions and operational concerns.
- Identify technical risks early shape migration and modernization plans and help teams make sound engineering decisions.
- Partner with architecture and platform teams to drive scalable secure multi-tenant services in a healthcare environment.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with US engineering leaders product managers data and AI teams and operations to deliver product outcomes.
- Ensure India Engineering is aligned with product roadmaps priorities processes and the broader SDLC.
- Strengthen communication channels so teams work as one organization not two regions.
Delivery & Execution
- Establish consistent sprint planning review and release processes across teams.
- Improve delivery predictability through clarity planning discipline and strong partnership with Product.
- Ensure the India organization adapts effectively to changing priorities and business needs.
Organizational Problem Solving
- Diagnose root causes of execution gaps team issues or quality problems; implement corrective actions that stick.
- Remove obstacles that slow engineering whether structural process or communication related.
- Help shape the long-term team structure roles and skills needed to support Reveleers growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 10 or more years of engineering leadership experience including 5 or more years leading managers and multi-team organizations.
- Strong experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven record delivering mission-critical systems with high reliability scalability and performance needs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) modern frameworks API design data pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and the ability to run healthy engineering ceremonies and delivery workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to build trust across engineering product and executive teams.
- Healthcare technology experience or familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST is a plus.
