Now Hiring: Scale Clerk
Industry: Organics Recycling & Logistics
Location: Ontario CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
Seeking a Scale Clerk with a blend of logistics expertise and tech-savviness to join organic waste processing warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucks
- Log transactions using our WMS/ERP and Excel.
- Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues fast.
- Partner with warehouse logistics and customer service teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Scale Clerk Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and WMS/ERP.
- Exceptional attention to detail strong time management and clear communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.
- Ability to work in smelly environment
- Sit-down forklift experience a plus
Schedule & Flexibility
- Training Schedule: Must be available to train from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM.
- Flexible to work 8:00 AM 4:30 PM OR 10:00 AM 6:30 PM.
- Available for Overtime and Weekends as business needs dictate.
- Work consists of standard 8-hour shifts.

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
