The Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring seamless communication exceptional service and strong relationship management. This role requires a polished dependable and proactive professional who can understand client needs coordinate internal processes and uphold our commitment to high-quality service. You will play a key part in maintaining client satisfaction supporting account operations and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.

Conduct routine check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities.
