Executive Campaigns and Social Media (1-Year Contract)
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Executive Campaigns and Social Media based in Singapore to plan execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage our brands social media presence in the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling have strong analytical skills and know how to engage and grow online communities on Facebook Instagram and TikTok.

Campaign Management and Analytics Philippines Market (60%)
- Assisting in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital social email ad app push channels
- Coordinating campaign assets timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensuring consistency in tone voice and messaging across all channels
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative materials and promotional content
- Tracking analyzing and reporting on campaign performance metrics (CTR engagement rate conversions ROI)
- Identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite Google Analytics and dashboard insights to measure performance
Campaign Management and Analytics SEA (40%)
- Coordinating campaign assets and timelines ensuring on-time delivery of campaign readiness across assets messaging landing pages and product availability
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative materials and promotional content
- Tracking analyzing and reporting on campaign performance metrics (CTR engagement rate conversions ROI)
Social Media Management
- Managing daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube etc.)
- Planning and creating engaging on-brand content (copy visuals videos stories reels etc.)
- Monitoring trends hashtags and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Buildingrelationships with influencers partners and online communities to expand brand reach
- Staying informed on local competitors pop culture social media influencer trends emerging technologies and platform updates to identify areas of growth and threats to the business
Affiliates and Partnerships
- Supporting the recruitment curation execution and maintenance of affiliate marketing and brand partnership strategies
- Identifying onboarding and managing relationships with affiliate partners influencers and collaborators to grow Philippines digital reach
- Managing affiliate program through mailings gifting and outreach ensuring alignment and transparency
- Tracking affiliate performance managing payouts or incentives and optimizing for conversion growth
We would love to hear from you if you are/have
- A bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field
- 1-3 yearsof experience in marketing campaign coordination or social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
- Excellent writing communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Proficient in tools such as Canva Meta Business Suite Google Analytics or similar
- Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring success
