Job Summary
HR Project Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Project Specialist to support the delivery of strategic HR initiatives across the APAC this 6month contract role you will partner closely with the Head of HR APAC and regional HR teams to drive key HR projects including talent programs employee experience initiatives change management activities and HR support for M&A-related work.

What Youll Do:
- Drive and support strategic HR project planning execution and tracking
- Support employer branding workplace culture Diversity Equality and Inclusion (DEI) talent programs and capability-building initiatives
- Contribute to employee experience and engagement activities
- Assist with change management deliverables and communications
- Support HR activities during due diligence integration or restructuring in M&A contexts
- Prepare reports dashboards and insights for leadership
- Coordinate with HR teams and vendors across APAC
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the program delivery and improvement
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of HR experience preferably in regional or project-driven roles
- Exposure to HR projects talent programs change management or M&A activities
- Strong understanding of APAC HR landscapes
- Excellent communication project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
