- Contribute to the pre-sales effort with solution specialization
- Responsible for automation / simplification of process / policies
- Responsible for performance Analytics & Dashboard automations
- Recommend to Product / Network / Regulatory teams regarding feature enhancements and NPI based on market inputs
- Create Technology based articles / whitepapers for the benefit of the internal organization & customers
- Identify potential solutions at high level with pros and cons
- Participate in bid proposal response. (Large and strategic deals)
- Conduct trainings & capability presentation
- Understand client requirements & translates client business requirements into specific deliverables
- Define scope and design criteria & develop BOM (Large and strategic deals)
- Work across cross functional teams & external vendors & OEMs
- Develop best practices & Consultative Selling approach
