Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering and commercial reporting to support key data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with clients documenting business needs and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives pain points and reporting requirements.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions workshops and discussions to capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear documentation including BRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
Collaborate with data reporting and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
Support enhancements in commercial reporting by validating data outputs dashboards and analytical insights.
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage and alignment with requirements.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming sprint planning and UAT cycles.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and future enhancements.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
