We are seeking an Integrated Support Lead (ILSL) to work onsite in Richardson TX. This position requires an active US DoD Secret security clearance.
The Integrated Logistics Support Lead is responsible for managing and directing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks onthe program. The responsibilities include providing product support program related status providing logistics inputs to theIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) overseeing the conduct of required product support analyses and providing support to leadershipmeetings.
What You Will Do:
Manage and direct theProgram Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks
Coordinating procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and Government
Coordinating with procurement companies to track/report incoming materials with Production Team(s)
Provide product support program related status
Provide logistics inputs to the IMS
Oversee the conduct of required product support analyses
Provide support to requiredLeadershipand Government meetings
Participate as a member of the Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) and support quarterly meetings
Ensure the development and implementation of aIntegrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that integrates product support analysis identifies management responsibilities and outlines the approach toward accomplishing the Integrated Product Support Element activities to meet program requirements
Tailor and oversee theProduct Support Analysis (PSA) tasks as necessary to derive and document thedataand create artifacts necessary forDIPNproducts
Ensure the programupdates/uses a Government approved digital system that can process store and retrieve Logistics Management Information (LMI)/Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)datafor the capabilities specific to member products
Ensurethe programdevelops updates executes and delivers a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan forDIPNmember products
Ensurethe programestablishes and maintains an IUID marking program
Ensurethe programimplements and maintains preservation and packing methods and procedures
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
Successful track record of interfacing with internal customers other functional support staff and suppliers
Strong organizational written and oral communication skills
Must be able to work independently establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
Working knowledge of Integrated Product Support elements
Experience developing Logistic CDRLs

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
