Assist the program chair for The School of Information Technology with various lab duties.
Responsibilities include lab and equipment monitoring; assisting students with application procedures and policies; lab preparation and supplies; and basic troubleshooting for computers servers virtualization and addition this position assists with set up of PCs per faculty requirements imaging of hard drives PC/server/network configuration upgrades and wiring.
Knowledge of hardware and software to include virtualization; Background in IT; Good communication skills
