RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all hotel facilities equipment and maintenance services safeguarding the propertys assets
- Provideadvice to senior management on maintenance strategies and operational efficiency
- Ensureall engineering installations constructions and operations are comply with hotel and government agencies policy and audience
- Ensureadherence to all statutory regulations and FLHSS (Fire Life Health Safety and Security) measures of Lanson Place Hospitality
- Prepareandevaluate thedesigns and specifications for all Engineering projects both in-house and via contractors
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety
- Submit property enhancement proposal and make recommendations for General Managers approval
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by General Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree holder in Building Services /Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or in a related discipline
- Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or C and green card
- Minimum 10 years of hotel experience andwith at least 5 years at managerial role or equivalent experience
- Good technical knowledge in electrical system fire services system plumbing & drainage system and MVAC system etc.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting
- Strongleadership problem-solvingand stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility self-motivated and a team player
- Commitment to sustainability and excellence
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
