Planning and Strategy

You will develop a solid understanding of the HK Macau and Korea (HKK) Property Management business model and work closely with Global and Regional REMS Finance team in driving financial performances of HKK Property Management. This involves developing KPI for Business Leaders containing business metrics and targets and KPIs consistent across the region. You will also be performing key financial variance analysis and participate in projects to automate the reports into business intelligence tools to facilitate self-help reports for the key stakeholders.

Business Partnering

You are expected to provide business insights and recommendations to Head of Finance and business partners in support of business KPIs especially on managing the HKK Property Management revenue and costs. You will participate actively in Finance global projects with increased focus on country and client profitability.

Budget and Forecasts

You will work alongside REMS regional business partners to assist in the preparation of all business forecasts liaise with regional and global FP&A team ensuring consistency while meeting different regional and global requirements. You will manage ad-hoc FP&A requests and queries from leadership team. You will participate and support the implementation of any new financial/planning systems that are being rolled out.

Financial Analysis

You and your team will be accountable for monthly quarterly and annual financial reports at global and regional REMS level and provide business insights to management reports. You are responsible for providing maintaining and analyzing internal and external financial trends including competitors analysis. Overall you will proactively seek to resolve daily financial and operational issues as well as perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Leading the organization

Managing (directly or indirectly) a team of finance personnel under you you will develop succession & career growth strategies; actively communicate best practices goals and performance feedback to Business and Finance community. You will lead Client Accounting Services (CAS) team to ensure successful partnership with clients and operations leaders. You will be a strategic thought leader; keenly focused on finance value add to client focused team.
