What is a Production Team Leader at Prinova

You will work within your team to complete batch manufacture & cleaning schedules as set out by the Supervisor and the production program in an accurate and efficient manner. Perform all tasks following Prinova Solutions standard operating procedures and with quality standards in mind. Support the Supervisor in the day to activities to ensure highest possible standards are maintained.

What to expect

• Delivery of completed packed product made according to our SOPs and standards
• Support in planning sequencing of batches
• Responsible for supervising of a small team
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene & efficiency on the packing line
• Running of equipment on a packing line
• Carrying out control point checks
• Preparation of raw material ingredients including calculations part requests and picking
• Working safely and follow all safety rules
• Batch documents and other production records to be completed accurately on time and in full
• Manufacture of premixes including loading dropping and packing
• Cleaning of all equipment and areas used
• Set up and preparation of equipment where necessary
• Adhere to all Prinova Solutions procedures and policies
• Report any deviations or queries to the Supervisors
• Responsible for the correct use of PPE
• Completion of the work set out by the Supervisor in an efficient manner
• General housekeeping of the Production area to ensure a clean environment
• Produce batch samples to be provided for analysis
• Maintain quality standards and practices to ensure a high quality finished product
• Involvement in projects when required
• Cover for the Supervisor in their absence
• Ensuring the team in the supervisors absence are complying with the time keeping throughout the shift
• Aid the Supervisor in organizing and ensuring Operators are performing as required
• Responsible for locking up the site

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a team
• People management skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent level of numeracy accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi task
