Working hours: 5 days 9am-6pm

Job Scope:
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure all HR documents policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
- Manage personnel files attendance systems and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports (e.g. turnover headcount leave balances)
- Assist with posting job adverts screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (references background verification etc.).
- Prepare offer letters contracts and onboarding documents.
- Support new-hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (attendance overtime deductions)
- Coordinate with finance or payroll teams for timely processing
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
- Assist with audits and regulatory documentation
- Draft HR letters (employment verification confirmations warnings etc.)
- Manage HR calendars meetings and training sessions
- Perform other general office administrative duties where necessary
